What is Psychotherapy?

I envision therapy being a journey that one goes on to (re)discover who they are, what's important to them, and how they want to live their life. This is true whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family therapy.

On this journey, you will discover what is and is not working well for you; reflect and understand what influences your thoughts, feelings, and actions; learn new skills to help you continue on your journey and reclaim the skills you thought you had lost.

During this time, you will find me listening with compassion, non-judgement, and empathy. I will provide a safe space for you to share your most vulnerable thoughts and feelings and share in the holding of hope that life can be different.
